Important details to know before registering

Earlybird registration extended - now closes Wed 5th October

The field day options are as follows:

Wednesday 2 Nov - Dairy farm visits including a robotic but pasture-based dairy farm; followed by a bbq
Thursday 3 Nov - Sheep and Beef Field day - intensive sheep and beef finishing with and without irrigation, and a more traditional breeding-finishing operation making use of some of the latest forages. OR - an Agronomy Field day visit to potato cropping (Heartland Chips), specialty seed production, cereals, grass seeds and process crops. You need to select a preferred field day for the Thursday in the Workshop option at the bottom of the Registration page. Ignore the instructions to select 2 workshops

Agronomy Field Tour

ONE day registration - You can register for One day but only as a single day therefore either Wednesday or Thursday but not both. Do not be offended if the administrators remind you at registration.

Member rates - If you do not get a members rate option it may mean your details (email) are incorrect in our system. Please let us know by email at finance.nzga@gmail.com. We usually catch these and refund your credit card if you overpay in error.

Membership subs - to qualify for the members rate your subs must be up to date therefore we will remind you and ask for payment.

Earlybird rate - to qualify for the earlybird rate the invoice should be paid by the time the earlybird closes off. We retain the right to charge the late registration rate if not paid on time.

Accommodation is available within 1-2 km of the Bay but the closest rooms will go fast.
