Theme - "Balancing the extremes"

Conference to be held at the Twizel Events Centre with the dinner on the 7th of November to be held at the Mackenzie Country Hotel.

Travel - fly in to Queenstown (2hr 20 min by car), Dunedin (3hr 25 min by car), or Christchurch (3hr 25 min by car).

Accommodation - there is plenty of accommodation in the region but much of it is non-traditional ie holiday homes etc. Those that are really late booking may end up in Oamaru.
