NZGA has introduced the Levy Oration to the conference programme in recognition of the contribution of Sir Bruce Levy to NZ grassland science.
Pat Garden, a past president of the Association, farmer and agribusiness leader with a keen interest in science, presented the inaugural LevyOration to an audence of over 300 at the Annual NZGA Conference in Gore (Nov 2012).
