NZGA Constitution 2025

With the advent of the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022 NZGA is required to update its Constitution by April 2026.

Over the last 2 years we have reviewed the Constitution and updated it to meet the requirements of the Act. At the AGM (Nov 2025) the members formally agreed to reregister under the 2022 Act and approved the NZGA Constitution.
